Hi, I'm Alyssa

I have spent over sixteen years working closely with people in the body, in women's health, and in the holistic wellness space. Alongside that I have done deep work with the nervous system, somatics, and spiritual practice, learning my own patterns and what actually creates change.

When I moved into building my own business, I invested in a lot of programs. Most of what I was taught was a performance-based approach to marketing. It felt forced and disconnected from the work.

So I stopped. I kept what worked and left the rest. I leaned back into what I already knew: the body, the nervous system, lived experience, my own spiritual practice, and my blueprint through astrology.

Everything shifted when I got clear on my voice and my message. I was not chasing trends. I was saying what I know to be true. The joy came back into creating, and people could feel it. That is when the right women started finding me without being convinced.

I see this again and again. Gifted, soul-led women who stay out of the online space because of what they think it is. The online space is not the problem. It reaches people you would never otherwise reach, and opens doors to connection and impact that in-person work alone cannot.

What most people are missing is not more strategy. It is the ability to move through what actually comes up. The resistance. The fear. The patterns. These are not mindset blocks. They are nervous system patterns, and that is what this work is built on.
